The Ranger Series is Texas Made Shade's service, recover, and repair division. We re-canvas awnings and canopies, service and repair retractable awnings and motors, replace worn Sunbrella® covers, re-sew zippers and seams, straighten and re-weld frames, and rescue storm-damaged shade — even when we didn't build it. Our Seguin shop sits between San Antonio and Austin, so trip charges stay reasonable and turnaround stays short.

Common service & recover questions
- Can you recover an awning you didn't build?
- Yes — most Ranger Series work is on awnings, canopies, and retractables built by somebody else. If the frame is sound, we template it, sew new canvas, and reinstall.
- How much cheaper is a recover than a new awning?
- Recovers typically run a fraction of a full replacement because you're only paying for fabric, sewing, and install — not a new welded frame.
- Do you fix retractable awning motors?
- Yes. We diagnose and replace motors, remotes, gearboxes, and sensors, and we can source parts for Solair® systems as an authorized dealer. Off-brand systems depend on parts availability.
- Do you handle storm and hail damage claims?
- We provide written estimates with photos that homeowners and property managers routinely submit to insurance. We don't file the claim for you, but we document it thoroughly.
- Where do you service?
- San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Seguin, San Marcos, Boerne, Kerrville, Corpus Christi, Victoria, and out to Houston and the Hill Country from our Seguin shop.
