Availability. Stocked items can be quantity-limited or discontinued by the manufacturer without notice. We confirm availability and lead time on every request rather than promising a ship date up front.
Returns. Returns require prior authorization, must be unused and in original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom, cut-to-order and shop-fabricated products are non-returnable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Shipping damage. Inspect your shipment on delivery and report visible damage or shortage to us within 5 business days with photos so we can file the carrier claim.
