Texas Made Retractable Systems Division™
Installation
In-House Crews — Not Subcontracted
Every Texas Made Retractable System is installed by our own crews working out of our San Antonio shop. We don't subcontract the install — the people who fabricate it are the people who hang it, and the same shop handles the warranty.
Our Process
- Free in-home or job-site measure. We bring fabric samples, talk use-case, and lay out wind/sun direction.
- Quote with Series + fabric + controls. Plain English, line by line, no fake "today only" pricing.
- Fabrication. Brackets, framing and welding handled at our Texas shop; Solair® components staged.
- Install. Typical residential awning install is one day, two installers. Commercial scheduled around your operating hours.
- Walk-through + training. We show you remote, app, wind sensor, manual override, and care.
Mounting & Structural
- Wall, soffit, fascia, post and roof-rafter mounts
- Structural backing added when stucco / siding can't carry load
- HOA-friendly low-profile housing options
- Coordinate with electrical for hardwired power when needed
Service After Install
- Local Texas service — call the shop, talk to a real person
- Common Solair® parts kept in stock
- Fabric re-covers when the time comes — same Series, same hardware
- Tune-ups, motor swaps, sensor re-pairing
